Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") governs the protection of confidential and proprietary information shared between Tellzer ("Company") and clients, partners, or third parties ("Recipient"). This agreement ensures that sensitive business information, creative concepts, and proprietary data remain secure and protected from unauthorized disclosure.

Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to: a. Business Information Strategic plans, financial data, business models, pricing structures Client lists, customer data, market research, and competitive analysis Internal processes, methodologies, and operational procedures b. Creative and Technical Information Design concepts, creative briefs, artwork, and visual assets Source code, software, technical specifications, and development processes Marketing strategies, campaign concepts, and creative executions c. Legal and Commercial Information Contracts, agreements, negotiations, and legal strategies Intellectual property, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets Personnel information, organizational charts, and internal communications
